Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday - unless by prior arrangment. 

Check-out time is  by 11 a.m. the following Saturday.

Weekend stay is from Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at   6 p.m. and allows you to make the most of your weekend away.

30% deposit is required to guarantee your accommodation. This will be requested at time of booking.

150€ security deposit required on arrival which is returned at the end of your stay less any amount for breakages, damage, or excessive cleaning.

We are a family business and we rely on our bookings.  Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to arrival date or we cannot refund your deposit.  

Sorry, we cannot provide refunds for early depature.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance coverage in the event you need to cancel.
